Renowned for its stability, conservative values, and focus on sustainability, the bank serves a diverse client base of UHNW individuals, family offices, and institutional clients across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America. They are now seeking a Treasury Risk Officer to join their expanding team within the treasury and liquidity functions.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Oversee the bank’s liquidity and interest rate risk exposures, ensuring comprehensive monitoring across the Group’s balance sheet.
• Perform scenario analysis and design stress testing models to evaluate the bank’s treasury risks under various conditions.
• Produce regular risk reports for regulatory bodies and internal senior management, providing key insights on treasury positions.
• Maintain and enhance the integrity of the consolidated treasury balance sheet framework.
• Actively contribute to the Treasury Committee and other governance forums to support informed decision-making.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related discipline; CFA or FRM certification is advantageous.
• At least 5 years’ experience in treasury risk, liquidity risk, or financial risk management within banking.
• Familiarity with treasury risk tools such as FIS Balance Sheet Manager and core banking systems like Avaloq is preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis and programming, particularly in SQL and Python, would be beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a methodical and independent approach to work.
• Professional fluency in English is essential; German or French language skills are desirable.
