Consultant - Technology Risk - Industries (Geneva)

Responsibilities:

• As a Consultant, you will contribute to the successful end-to-end delivery of multiple engagements.
• You will evaluate the company's technology universe from a technical and business perspective, execute in-depth assessments of the IT processes, risks, and controls through interviews, desktop analysis, and system inspection.
• You will review the setup of complex systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and technology governance frameworks in line with industry-leading practices (ITIL, COBIT, NIST, etc.).
• You will be involved in certification and attestation engagements, such as SOC reporting, ISAE reporting, ISO certification, both from an audit and implementation perspective.
• You will perform system implementation assessments including data migration, system design, and architecture.
• You will evaluate cybersecurity risks and recommend security improvements.
• You will leverage data analytics and process automation for audit efficiency.
• You will contribute to providing our clients with EY-supported insights and pragmatic recommendations to further improve business performance, operational efficiency, and risk management.
• You will assist in the further development of our technology risk competencies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Applied Economics, Business Science, Computer Science, or related fields. You have a keen interest in the latest technology trends.
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience in IT auditing or a risk & assurance role.
• You have strong project management, people, analytical, and reporting skills with a positive, problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with large ERP and/or financial system audit tools and data analytics (SQL, Power BI).
• You demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong teamwork orientation, leadership, commitment, eagerness to learn, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French; German skills are a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-industry, multinational environment.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Familiarity with IT frameworks and compliance standards (COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL) is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CGEIT, CISA, CISM, CISSP, COBIT, CRISC, and ITIL are advantageous.
