Your responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement concepts and solutions for SAP SuccessFactors EC and EC Payroll

• Analyze and design efficient processes within SuccessFactors and oversee their technical implementation

• Combine your HCM expertise and SuccessFactors knowledge to quickly take on project responsibilities

• Provide training to clients and stakeholders as needed

• Develop and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new opportunities

Your profile:

• 3-5 years of professional experience as a consultant in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• SuccessFactors Employee Central certification

• Ideally, experience managing or organizing (sub)projects

• Strong communication skills in German, alongside high social competency

• A business and customer-centric mindset
