Position Summary:

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media & Digital Advertising Coordinator to join our communications team. This role is pivotal in strengthening the school’s online presence and reputation by creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and collaborating with external agencies on digital advertising campaigns (including Meta and Google Ads).

The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling abilities, a data-driven mindset, and a deep understanding of digital trendsand creative eye.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop, manage, and execute a content calendar across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TickTock etc.)
  • Create engaging, high-quality content (visual and written) aligned with the school’s voice, mission, and brand identity
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner
  • Track and analyse performance metrics to inform strategy and improve engagement

Digital Advertising:

  • Collaborate with the school’s digital advertising agency on paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and YouTube
  • Support the planning, briefing, and review of digital ad creatives and messaging
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure alignment with admissions and marketing goals
  • Report regularly on ROI, KPIs, and areas for optimisation

General Communications Support:

  • Assist with photography, videography, and coverage of school events for digital channels
  • Maintain a consistent and professional school brand presence onlinebia various channels
  • Work closely with the Admissions, Marketing, and IT teams to align communications efforts with broader objectives

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management and/or digital advertising
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and social media analytics tools
  • Strong writing skills in English; French
  • Experience working in education institutions is an advantage
