Responsable des projets fenêtres et portes (m/f/d) - Gestion de projet 80-100%

Location: Villeneuve

Mission

1. Clarification of technical files with private project managers, architects, general contractors, etc.
2. Finalization of files and on-site measurements
3. Preparation of order confirmations
4. Creation of CAD plans for clients and factory production
5. Monitoring deadlines for technical processes
6. Preparation of project invoices
7. Organization and supervision of warranty work
8. Short, medium, and long-term planning of deadlines and informing the scheduler
9. Creating offers for additional orders
10. Assistance in reception of completed works
11. Assistance in planning assembly (monitoring SAP deadlines)
12. Preparation of deposit requests

Profile

• Basic diploma in the building sector (e.g., carpentry and joinery)
• Initial experience in the window sector or similar role
• Good computer skills (especially MS Office, CAD knowledge appreciated)
• Ongoing training in work preparation or technical purchasing is a plus
• Communicative personality, team-oriented, reliable
• Fluent in written and spoken French, German is an asset
• Driving license, category B
