Role Overview:

In this role, you will lead key HR operations, collaborate closely with leadership, and drive efforts to create a high-performance, engaged workforce. You will work alongside department heads to deliver actionable HR solutions that foster a positive culture, enhance team performance, and ensure compliance with HR policies and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure HR strategies support business objectives and operational needs.
  • Lead change management initiatives and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.
  • Analyse workforce trends to shape effective HR policies and programs.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance, talent development, and organizational structure.
  • Support end-to-end workforce planning and talent acquisition, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, industry events, and employer branding campaigns.
  • Oversee core HR programs, including compensation, benefits, and performance management.
  • Identify, coach, and support the development of high-potential talent across the business.
  • Partner closely with Payroll, HRIS, and Learning & Development to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Take on additional HR duties and projects as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and employee relations.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
