• Bachelor's in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar
• Experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Strong SQL skills; familiar with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Basic knowledge of Python or R
• Analytical mindset & attention to detail
