People & Organization Transformation Consultant – Enablement & Change Management
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced People & Organization Transformation Consultant with a strong technical foundation in HR enablement, enterprise organization design, and change execution. This role involves partnering with client stakeholders to architect and operationalize future-ready organizational models enabled by data, digital platforms, and agile practices. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in people strategy, technology adoption, and transformation governance to drive sustainable change and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Enablement & Integration:
· Lead the deployment and optimization of people ecosystems to improve employee experience, delivery excellence, and data-informed decision-making.
· Conduct digital maturity assessments and design enablement roadmaps aligned with workforce strategy and enterprise goals.
· Define user adoption KPIs and manage change readiness for technology rollouts, ensuring workforce engagement and business continuity.
Organization Design & Operating Model Architecture:
· Analyze current-state organization structures using quantitative and qualitative diagnostics (e.g., skills gaps, engagement scores, role-to-process mapping).
· Design scalable and agile operating models, leveraging workforce segmentation, job architecture, governance frameworks, and capability taxonomies.
· Align organizational structures with transformation priorities such as delivery needs by global resources, agile at scale, or cross-functional integration.
Enterprise Change Management & Transformation Governance:
· Develop and lead structured change management strategies using account and role-based frameworks
· Build integrated transformation plans that include stakeholder mapping, impact analysis, behavior change interventions, and performance reinforcement.
· Facilitate leadership alignment and capability building to drive cultural adoption and institutionalization of new ways of working.
People & Culture Enablement:
· Assess organizational culture through behavioral diagnostics and pulse surveys; craft culture-shift strategies to support digital and structural transformations.
· Design interventions for psychological safety, inclusive leadership, and future-of-work readiness.
· Provide advisory support on strategic workforce planning, talent lifecycle integration, and employee experience transformation.
Client Engagement & Advisory Leadership:
· Act as a strategic advisor to Executive Leadership, COOs, and transformation leaders; synthesize insights and co-create transformation roadmaps.
· Lead cross-functional consulting teams, aligning people strategies with enterprise digital, operational, and business initiatives.
· Deliver thought leadership on emerging trends, agile workforce models, and transformation acceleration.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
· 15+ years of progressive experience in people transformation, organization design, or digital enablement in a consulting or corporate strategy environment.
· Proven experience in deploying global integrated operating models.
· Deep knowledge of change management frameworks (Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR), HR operating models (Ulrich, COE/shared services), and digital workplace technologies.
· Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and C-level advisory skills.
