Flex Suisse is the leading service provider for supporting legal and compliance departments with flexible staffing, managed legal services and professional search in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Germany. For our latest mandate we are looking for an exceptional talent in the following field:

Industry | Legal Counsel | Bern | perm. | per agreement | 80-100%

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and day-to-day legal support to business units across national and international operations
• Draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial contracts with partners and stakeholders in multiple jurisdictions
• Evaluate legal risks and develop actionable solutions and recommendations for internal teams
• Oversee pre-litigation matters and collaborate with external counsel on dispute resolution
• Develop and maintain legal templates, policies, and internal training materials
• Conduct in-house training sessions to promote legal awareness and compliance across departments

Experience:

• University degree in law (Master’s or equivalent), ideally with admission to the Swiss Bar
• Several years of professional experience as in-house counsel in an industrial or corporate environment, or as an attorney in a law firm
• Strong interest in working across disciplines and collaborating with various departments
• High level of client focus, service orientation, commitment, independence, and quick comprehension
• Solution-oriented and business-minded personality with strong persuasive and communication skills
• Excellent command of German and very good English skills
