Job Description

The Tax Manager is expected to handle the following:

- Tax efficiency and risks management

- Tax efficiency through restructuring, liquidations, refinancing.

- Tax efficiency in M&A/business development

- Tax audits management

- Oversight of tax risks in local operations

- Accuracy of Transfer pricing documentation

- Review of intercompany transactions including financing

The Successful Applicant

The Tax Manager candidates should present the following:

- Advanced qualification in Accounting/Finance, Tax

- 8+ years experience working in Big 4 and in-house tax

- Full English working proficiency

- Team player mentality, strong sense of responsibility
