Delivery Manager - Sale/Run-off

Job description:

Your Mission:

• Contribute to the hands-on delivery of transformation activities across exiting business units
• Maintain stable operations while planning and supporting transitions to external entities
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners under existing support agreements
• Align personal and team objectives with overall program KPIs and deliverables
• Collaborate daily with team members based in Zurich, London, and Hoofddorp, using Teams, email, and in-person meetings
• Communicate clearly and effectively across multiple channels to drive progress and resolve issues
• Travel occasionally, as needed, to support transition and collaboration efforts

About the customer:

For our renowned client in theInsurance industry, we are looking for an experiencedDelivery Manager for a major transformation project, ensuring Technology aspects of the sale/run-off go smoothly, with all people, processes, systems and regulations considered and respected.

• Start: ASAP or in August 2025
• Duration:6 months, extension likely
• Location: Zurich City
• Pensum: 100%, 41.25h/week
• Contract via Swisslinx
• Department: Transformation & Technology

Requirements:

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in transformation programs, business operations, or technology delivery
• Proven track record of hands-on delivery - this is not a management-only, but for a do-er
• Strong collaboration ethic and ability to work independently across virtual teams
• Highly organized with the ability to plan effectively and manage multiple workstreams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Degree-level education or relevant professional qualification preferred
