Accounting Manager

For our client, a Single Family Office, we are currently looking for a Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities :

1. Management of the accounting activities for the Family Office and family-owned entities, including a Swiss charitable foundation.
2. Coordinate, secure, and ensure the reliability of accounting operations.
3. Oversee daily accounting for the family's owned assets and private companies (exceptions to be specified later).
4. Manage and process company and family invoices and payments, including those related to personal assets and properties.
5. Prepare VAT declarations.
6. Prepare draft income tax declarations in coordination with family tax advisors.
7. Participate in budget building and cash flow management for the family and companies.
8. Perform bank reconciliations.
9. Account for salaries, social security contributions, and withholding taxes.
10. Close and finalize accounts.
11. Consolidate accounting records, including personal entities belonging to family members.
12. Implement and monitor financial reporting (e.g., Jet Reports).
13. Carry out various administrative tasks.

Profile :

• Proven experience and expertise in Swiss accounting.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and practices.
• 8-10 years of experience as an accountant.
• Experience in managing multi-entity accounting and analytical accounting.
• Interest in family office structures and operations.
• Rigorous, flexible, and autonomous.
• Fluent in French and English.
