Seeking an ambitious and results-driven sales professional to spearhead our global distribution network.

Job Description :

As a key player, you will develop and execute a comprehensive international sales strategy that aligns with the brand's positioning and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and agents in major luxury markets.
  • Manage existing partnerships, ensuring performance through regular contact, training, and support.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, retailer events, and client presentations.
  • Provide market intelligence and reporting to guide strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment between market needs and brand initiatives.
  • Manage administrative duties such as sales forecasting, CRM maintenance, and reporting, ensuring accurate data to support planning and performance tracking.
  • Achieve defined sales targets and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in international sales, preferably in luxury watchmaking.
  • Successful track record of developing new markets and managing premium retail and distribution partners.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, result-driven, understanding competition and luxury retail dynamics.
  • Ability to work effectively in a small performing team environment.
  • Willingsness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
  • Fluency in English and French.
