Your Role
As a Senior Developer (Order Management System) at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you are responsible for operating, maintaining, and developing the global trading system (FIS Front Arena). You will provide excellent services to all stakeholders across our international locations, creating long-term value for the company.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain and further develop the Order Management System (OMS).
- Collaborate with the business to improve services or implement new demands, including network enhancements.
- Implement and develop new integrations, market connections, and functionalities within our Front Arena trading system.
- Support the business in their daily operations.
- Work to improve system stability and drive automation.
Your Profile
- University degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline, or completed apprenticeship or similar banking education.
- 3-5 years of practical experience with Front Arena OMNI/AMS.
- Industry-specific knowledge is required.
- Knowledge in Front Arena PRIME/ADS, Automation, Microsoft Windows Server, MS SQL.
- Basic knowledge of FIX-Protocol, Python, PowerShell, SQL.
- Experience with supporting and maintaining systems.
- Successful track record with Front Arena.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders and under pressure.
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility.
- Ability to design and lead architecture efforts.
- Fluency in English; fluency in German is a plus.
