Reliability Engineer

Reliability Engineer vacancy for a globally operating Neuchatel-based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

• Improve the reliability of equipment and systems by implementing reliability engineering principles and methodologies.
• Determine Equipment Importance Levels for systems and establish maintenance strategies accordingly.
• Identify opportunities for maintenance improvements and implement changes to optimize preventive maintenance.
• Lead and participate in Root Cause Analysis Teams to identify causes of equipment failures and develop corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate content within the CMMS for equipment master data.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure new products and systems meet reliability standards.

Your experience / knowledge :

• Strong understanding of working within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Expertise in operational maintenance methods and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience with reliability engineering tools and methodologies such as RCA, FTA, and RCFA.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems like JDE, SAP.
• Proven ability to analyze equipment performance data and implement improvements.
• Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail.
• A high degree of self-organization and time management.
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
