Join us as a Senior Customer Care Specialist (80% - 100%) in Stettbach (Dübendorf, ZH) starting 01.06.2025 or upon agreement.

Your mission

If you love helping people and learning, you might be the perfect fit. You will be the main contact between Yuh and our clients, assisting them with their financial management and investments through our app. Your role involves answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding customers on their financial journey with Yuh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt support and resolve issues to ensure high client satisfaction, maintaining courteous and friendly communication
  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with other departments and contribute to platform, service, and process improvements
  • Ensure fair treatment of clients
  • Handle complex inquiries, manage escalated calls, and support during high demand periods
  • Develop expertise in multiple product and service areas
  • Act as Deputy Team Leader in their absence, managing staffing and team performance
  • Oversee and optimize various customer service processes
  • Use customer feedback to identify improvements and collaborate with other departments to enhance products and services

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer care, preferably in financial services handling inquiries and complaints
  • Interest in financial products and markets, including stocks, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Familiarity with office software and phone systems
  • Strong listening, empathy, communication, and persuasion skills
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude
