Job Description
Windows & Active Directory Administration

  • Manage Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022/2025).
  • Administer Active Directory, including:
    • User and computer management.
    • DHCP and DNS configuration.
    • Group Policy Objects (GPO) management.
    • PKI infrastructure administration.
  • Implement and manage:
    • Folder redirection.
    • FSLogix solutions.
    • Roaming profiles.
    • VPN infrastructure.
    • NTFS and share permissions.
    • Domain trusts and security groups (US, GS, LS).
    • Microsoft tiering model.
  • Develop automation scripts.
  • Create technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Cloud & Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Configure and manage Azure enterprise applications.
  • Implement SAML authentication in Azure.
  • Set up modern authentication.
  • Manage conditional access policies.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services:
    • Exchange Online.
    • SharePoint.
    • Teams.
Monitoring & Support
  • Manage the ManageEngine OpManager monitoring system.
  • Participate in support rotations:
  • Weekly on-call duties (1st or 2nd level, depending on experience).
Client & Peripheral Management (Server and Workstation Environments)
  • Configure and maintain user environments:
    • Local and remote desktops.
    • Default configurations via GPO.
    • Internal deployment tools for server environments (ManageEngine Desktop Central / Tanium / Adaxes / Ansible).
  • Manage printer infrastructure:
    • Print server configuration.
    • Automated deployment.
    • Office and production environment setup.


The Successful Applicant
  • Extensive experience with Windows Server and Active Directory administration
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
  • Good understanding of network infrastructure and security concepts
  • Experience with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware)
  • Knowledge of backup solutions (VEEAM)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Automation development skills
  • English and German
