Strategic Business Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the growth of our corporate banking activities. As a Corporate Banking Professional, you will play a key role in assisting with client relationship management, credit process coordination, and support across trade finance and corporate lending operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with corporate and institutional clients
• Support the preparation and follow-up of credit proposals, including coordination with legal for documentation
• Help structure and cross-sell banking products such as loans, deposits, trade finance, and FX
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure quality service delivery
• Conduct market research and prepare internal reports or presentations as needed
• Monitor and maintain client portfolios and handle post-lending follow-up
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and KYC / KYB regulations

Requirements :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in banking, finance, or corporate services; knowledge of corporate lending and trade finance is a strong asset
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Comfortable navigating legal and financial documents
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written); additional languages such as French or German are an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with data reporting is a plus
• Reliable, well-organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
