(Senior) Manager - Cyber Security - Identity and Access Management - Full Time

We are looking for a highly skilled Manager or Senior Manager with expertise in IAM, PAM, and business development. Must have experience with IAM (e.g., SailPoint, Omada) and PAM (e.g., CyberArk) solutions. You will drive client engagement, manage projects, and expand KPMG's cybersecurity services.

Your contribution to KPMG

Client Engagement & Business Development :

• Develop and nurture client relationships, responsible for driving business development activities, including identifying new opportunities, developing client proposals, and leading successful pitches in IAM and PAM.
• Lead discussions with senior executives and stakeholders to identify security needs and present tailored solutions.
• Drive strategic initiatives to expand KPMG's market presence in IAM and PAM sectors.
• Stay informed of industry trends and evolving client needs, offering thought leadership to clients and internal teams.

Project Leadership & Execution :

• Lead IAM and PAM projects from design to deployment, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence while aligning with client needs.
• Oversee solution architecture using technologies like SailPoint and CyberArk, guiding teams for seamless execution.
• Guide teams through solution design, configuration, and deployment for efficient project delivery.

Technical Expertise & Knowledge Sharing :

• Provide IAM and PAM expertise, lead educational sessions, and collaborate with KPMG's cybersecurity team to enhance client security and address complex challenges.

This is what makes you successful

Experience :

• Over 5 years in cybersecurity with expertise in IAM, PAM, and a successful track record in project management and client engagement.
• Familiarity with IT governance and compliance standards (GDPR, NIST, etc.) and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Relevant certifications are a plus.

Soft Skills and Business Development :

• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, lead sales efforts, and drive growth in IAM and PAM.
• Experience in developing proposals, responding to RFPs, and presenting solutions to clients.
• Established network within the CIO, CISO, CxO community in Switzerland.
• Effective communication skills and team-oriented mindset, capable of multitasking in dynamic environments.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on cybersecurity trends and technologies.

Languages :

• Fluency in English (required); proficiency in German or French is highly desirable for effective communication with clients and teams.
