Apparel & Accessories Logistics Co-Ordinator (1 year contract)
This is your opportunity to become part of the world's fastest-growing sports company. We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team, responsible for ensuring on-time container loading, booking, and shipment, while maintaining strict compliance with our manufacturing partners.
Your Mission
- Manage manufacturing partners to ensure timely container planning (PTS submit/activate), booking, and shipment via system and/or provide consolidation advice per shipment destination.
- Collaborate with Zurich Freight Planning & Distributor teams to keep Shipping Instructions up-to-date and accurate.
- Ensure manufacturing partners comply strictly with Shipping Instructions per region and destination.
- Coordinate with Customs teams to provide instructions related to HS codes, COO, etc.
- Resolve operational issues between manufacturing partners and forwarders daily.
- Standardize outbound processes to prevent mismatches of inbound volume at final destinations.
- Act as a reliable communication bridge between production planning and functional teams with timely, transparent information sharing.
- Support manufacturing partners by mastering internal systems.
- Contribute to building logistics SOPs, workflows, and processes to enhance team and forwarder efficiency.
Your Profile
- A degree from an accredited university in business, economics, logistics, planning, supply chain, information systems, or operations; MBA is a plus.
- Over 3 years of experience in global transport operations, ideally in apparel/fashion supply chain management or freight forwarding/carrier industry. Additional experience in procurement, sourcing, supply planning, or warehousing is advantageous.
- Excellent proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in changing environments with limited guidance and meet deadlines.
- Extensive knowledge of all transport modes: airfreight, sea freight, trucking, courier, etc.
- Proven expertise in managing logistics service providers effectively.

Our supply chain team handles sourcing, forecasting, planning, production, shipping, and distribution of On products. As a contractor, you will sign a one-year contract with On's agent.
