Global Head of Total Rewards and Performance Management

The Global Head of Total Rewards and Performance Management will develop and execute our global strategy for compensation, benefits, and performance management, ensuring systems are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global compensation, benefits, performance management, and HR analytics, with strategic and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive global total rewards strategy.
  • Ensuring fair and competitive compensation practices across all locations.
  • Designing policies on pay transparency in anticipation of regulatory changes.
  • Shaping benefits philosophy and working with local HR teams to enhance benefits.
  • Delivering training on total rewards processes.

Performance Management:

  • Designing a global performance management system to promote high performance and fairness.
  • Ensuring process consistency and effective communication.
  • Providing training for managers and employees.

Compensation and Benefits Administration:

  • Overseeing administration of salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Conducting market analyses for competitive pay positioning.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Using HR analytics to inform decisions.
  • Developing metrics and dashboards.
  • Reporting key metrics to senior leadership.

Management and Collaboration:

  • Leading a team of two professionals.
  • Partnering with HR and business leaders to align initiatives.
  • Advising senior leadership on related matters.

Change Management:

  • Driving change initiatives.
  • Communicating the value of rewards programs.

Qualifications include:

  • Proven track record in global compensation, benefits, and performance management.
  • Deep understanding of global practices and regulations.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred additional qualifications:

  • Certifications like CCP or GRP.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience in technology or banking sectors.
