Legal Counsel – Contracts, Risk & Compliance

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join an experienced and collaborative legal team. This role offers a broad range of responsibilities with a focus on contract law, procurement processes, and risk topics in a dynamic inhouse environment.

Are you experienced in:

• Drafting and reviewing contracts – especially IT and service agreements?
• Advising different business units on a wide range of legal topics?
• Supporting projects around third-party risk and contract governance?
• Handling insurance matters (KVG, UVG, VVG)?
• Contributing to compliance and risk-related initiatives?

If you also bring the following, please don't hesitate to reach out to us:

• Swiss law degree (MLaw / lic. iur.); bar admission is a plus
• Several years of experience in-house, in a law firm, or public administration
• Experience with procurement processes or project work
• Excellent German skills; Italian is a bonus
