• Behave and act according to the principles of Kulm Hotel
• Carrying out work contributing to continuous improvement
• Daily work: Mis-en-place for half board, à-la-carte, banquets and sometimes also staff canteen
• Providing support in the preparation of hot dishes
• Compliance with health and food safety regulations to ensure food safety and the well-being of customers and staff.
  
  

This is you

• Professional hotel/restaurant training
• Working experience in the same position, preferably in luxury hotels/companies
• Languages: English, any other language is considered an advantage
• Excellent time and stress management skills
