Responsibilities
A challenging role with international exposure
Supporting the Head of Global HR in all administrative HR activities throughout the entire HR lifecycle (including recruitment, onboarding, C&B, development, and offboarding)
Maintaining personnel files for the Executive level and updating the relevant HR systems with master data and organizational data
Coordinating collaboration with external service providers (law firms, recruitment agencies, consulting firms, etc.)
Organizing internal events and performing general organizational tasks
Profile
Completed commercial training and further training at the level of HR, legal or notary clerk; or completed bachelor's degree with a similar focus
At least 3 - 5 years of HR experience in an international environment
Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
Open personality, especially with regard to new work tools / technologies
Conscientiousness, commitment, independence, loyalty, and helpfulness
