International Payroll Specialist Required

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic international payroll specialist to manage global payroll coordination for our company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate payroll processes operationally with local payroll providers across EMEA countries, ensuring seamless execution and efficient processing.
• Collect, verify, and submit accurate and timely payroll data, upholding high standards of quality and compliance.
• Maintain effective communication channels with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes, promote collaboration, and facilitate growth.
• Develop and implement advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and process automation, driving business efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements :

• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, are essential for success in this role.
• Highly proficient Excel skills, combined with strong data manipulation and analytical abilities, are required to drive business outcomes.
• Previous international payroll experience is beneficial, but not necessary; what matters most is your ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems is expected, along with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills are essential to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
