Job Overview

TE's HR Solutions Partners are involved in various Human Resources activities, including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination, and data analysis/metrics. They implement HR policies at the country, regional, or global level, partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will act as a strategic HR advisor to the Swiss Leadership team and partner with plant leadership to deliver the overall HR experience.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor to all functional leadership, coaching and advising managers, leaders, and HR partners.
  • Collaborate with HR functions such as HR services, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition to provide effective HR support aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and understand local HR strategies and priorities, balancing them with other functional HR initiatives.
  • Implement HR initiatives consistently and provide feedback to project owners.
  • Participate in regional/global project teams to ensure the Swiss HR perspective is incorporated.
  • Regularly review policies, processes, and employee compensation & benefits to align with trends and business needs.
  • Execute the communication strategy for the Swiss site.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive and productive employee relations climate.
  • Promote continuous improvement using tools and metrics for execution and monitoring.
  • Identify environmental and internal changes and influence stakeholders to respond effectively.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
  • Relevant HR generalist experience within a manufacturing organization, with specific Swiss labor law expertise (HR-Fachfrau / HR-Fachmann certificate or equivalent).
  • Experience working in and influencing a cross-functional global environment.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, risks, and changing project directions.
  • Experience in employee-focused communications is a plus.
  • Continuous improvement mindset to enhance service delivery and team efficiency.
  • Strategic thinking with operational execution skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • Fluent in English and French.
