Base pay range

Responsibilities

  • Providing resource and time estimates for intralogistics software solutions
  • Identifying optimization potentials in existing software solutions
  • Designing and coding software solutions
  • Conducting source code reviews and developer tests
  • Documenting software and creating test reports
  • Fixing software errors
  • Holding workshops with customers and suppliers
  • Implementing software change requests
  • Supporting live operations remotely or on-site
  • Preparing project implementations
  • Engaging in ongoing development within the team
  • Training and coaching new colleagues

Requirements

  • Background in IT or technology preferred
  • Experience in software development and object-oriented programming (Java advantageous)
  • Knowledge of relational databases (MS, SQL, Oracle)
  • Practical knowledge of Linux and Windows OS advantageous
  • Understanding of network technology
  • Experience with development environments, GIT, and Gerrit advantageous
  • Good command of English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel abroad (~15%)

The minimum salary according to the Collective Agreement is €3,724 for 38.5 hours/week, with salary depending on experience and qualifications.
