This involves interacting with client staff and senior stakeholders, working on multiple assignments, and collaborating with global EY teams. You will learn about new IT risk areas as they evolve, work across various clients and sectors, and handle complex issues daily.

Your key Responsibilities :

  • Take responsibility for successful end-to-end delivery of multiple engagements, motivate teams, coach colleagues, and report to the executive level.
  • Evaluate the company's technology landscape from technical and business perspectives, conducting assessments of IT processes, risks, and controls through interviews, desktop analysis, and system inspections.
  • Review complex systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and technology governance frameworks aligned with industry standards (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, NIST).
  • Participate in certification and attestation engagements, such as SOC reporting, ISAE, ISO certifications, from audit and implementation standpoints.
  • Assess system implementations, including data migration, system design, and architecture.
  • Evaluate cybersecurity risks and recommend security enhancements.
  • Leverage data analytics and automation to improve audit efficiency.
  • Provide clients with insights and pragmatic recommendations to enhance business performance, operational efficiency, and risk management.
  • Develop strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of our technology risk expertise.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields, with an interest in current technology trends.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in IT auditing or risk & assurance roles.
  • Strong project management, leadership, analytical, and reporting skills with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Experience with ERP and financial system audit tools and data analytics (e.g., SQL, Power BI), especially with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or JDE.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong teamwork, leadership, commitment, eagerness to learn, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French; German is a plus.

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Knowledge of IT frameworks and standards (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL).
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, COBIT, CRISC, or ITIL.
