Job Description

As part of a fast-evolving global data science team, you will play a key role in shaping, developing, and scaling software solutions that support advanced machine learning initiatives.

Acting as a technical lead on data-centric projects, helping to define architecture, tools, and engineering standards

Designing robust and scalable solutions to support end-to-end ML workflows

Supporting data scientists by building and maintaining high-quality pipelines and deployment frameworks

Contributing to innovation through exploration of emerging technologies relevant to AI and software delivery

Bridging the gap between data science teams and commercial, operational, and IT stakeholders

Owning the software lifecycle from prototype to production

Taking part in reviews, experimentation design, and process optimization

Qualifications

Professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend and data infrastructure

Proficient in Python and familiar with modern development practices (code modularity, testing, CI/CD, documentation)

Comfortable working across different parts of the tech stack (data integration, APIs, cloud, orchestration)

Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container technologies (Docker)

Exposure to machine learning deployment, including frameworks and tools for LLMs

Knowledge of modern data platforms and orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster

Understanding of big data technologies (Spark, distributed systems)
