AlpineAI Automation Specialist - Build Scalable Communication Systems for Mission-Critical Industries

AlpineAI is a leader in trusted generative AI solutions in Switzerland. We're looking for an Automation Specialist (f/m/d) to design and implement technical solutions that automate communication processes, making them more efficient and scalable - a critical factor for success in highly regulated European markets.

• Design and implement automated systems to handle customer inquiries, proposals, and key communication processes.
• Optimize internal and external workflows to ensure seamless, high-quality communication.

• Set up, configure, and maintain CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, n8n, Zapier, Make/Integromat).
• Manage and technically support CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Develop automation solutions connecting internal systems, integrating APIs, and creating robust data flows.

• Languages: Fluent in English and German.
• Technical Expertise: Experience with CRM systems, automation tools, and web technologies.
• Full-Stack Skills (a plus): Ability to build end-to-end technical solutions, including API integrations and process automations.
• Analytical & Hands-On: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design and implement practical solutions.
• Organizational Skills: Structured, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple tasks in parallel.
• Mindset: Proactive, solution-oriented, and excited to take ownership in a dynamic environment.
