Software Engineer / Ingenieur (m/w/d) | Zurich, CH | Hybrid

We're currently partnering with a leading client in Zürich to find a talented and experienced Software Engineer (m/w/d) to join their growing team. In this role, you'll take ownership of meaningful technical challenges and contribute independently to a well-established project. You'll work on end-to-end tasks with minimal supervision, helping to shape the technical direction while collaborating with a supportive team.

What you'll do:.

• Deliver UX improvements across Web and Mobile apps. Contribute to the Standard Components Library, including documentation.
• Fix accessibility issues. Work on user requests and UX excellence tasks. Closely collaborate with teammates, other teams owning the UI, UX counterparts. Consider code health and maintainability over time.
• Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).

What we're looking for:

• 4 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages
• 3 years of full stack software development
• 2 years of Web development experience or 2 years of Mobile App development
• Experience with front end languages (e.g. JavaScript or TypeScript)
• Proficiency in debugging, diagnosis and resolution
• Proficiency in writing healthy code (e.g. testing and maintainability)
• Fluent in English

Additional skills required include:

• Proficiency in Test engineering (Integration and Unit testing)
• Proficiency in Programming
• Developing proficiency in Architecture knowledge
• Proficiency in Code and system health
• Proficiency in Code comprehension
