ELIYA is a boutique AI and data science consultancy helping fast-growing startups and scale-ups unlock growth through automation. We specialize in marketing and sales AI automation powered by cutting-edge AI tools and our in-house ML algorithms. We’re looking for a customer project manager to join our mission.

The Role

You’ll support the delivery of B2B AI projects, including lead generation, data enrichment, predictive scoring and more. By keeping everything organized, on track, and clearly communicated. Working directly with our founders, engineers, and client stakeholders, you’ll help turn complex ideas into operational success for our growing list of clients.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate sprint planning, reviews, and delivery timelines
• Track progress across multiple workstreams (data, automation, UI, etc.)
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and status updates
• Communicate proactively with clients and internal team members
• Support preparation of reports, project proposals, and training materials
• Help translate client needs into actionable tasks for technical teams
• Keep everyone aligned, informed, and focused on outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in project coordination, operations, or client-facing roles (internships or freelance OK)
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Curious, fast learner and ambitious : excited to learn about AI, automation, and data science
• A genuine customer-obsessed mindset, you care deeply about delivering business impact
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup environments
• Fluent English; German is a plus
• Experience with Notion, Slack, Airtable, Trello, or project tools is a plus

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with basic AI / ML concepts, APIs, or automation tools (e.g. N8N, Zapier)
• Interest in sales, marketing, or RevOps processes
• Experience working in international, cross-functional teams
