For our client, an international company based in Turgi (AG), we are looking for a Project Documentation Manager (f / m / d).

General Information :

Start : September

Duration : Ongoing

Workplace : Turgi, Aargau

Workload : 100%

Remote / Home Office : 100% remote possible

Note : Candidates must be living and working in Switzerland

Tasks & Responsibilities :

Administration and verification of project documentation, primarily related to technical content, within document management systems

Review of documents according to defined requirements and coordination with the responsible engineering teams

Management of documentation deliverables throughout project phases

Estimation and follow-up of documentation-related costs and risks in line with project and company documentation requirements

Main contact for documentation matters internally, with customers, and with other stakeholders

Definition and coordination of documentation requirements with vendors

Continuous monitoring and tracking of documentation delivery, clear reporting, and regular stakeholder communication

Storage and submission of project documentation depending on the project phase

Independent creation and revision of customer documentation such as user manuals, maintenance logs, etc.

Coordination of technical input gathering with assigned project engineers, based on templates

Planning and quality assurance of documentation delivery according to defined completion dates

Independent editing of documents in MS Word and ensuring quality standards

Adaptation of content to project-specific requirements in coordination with the project team

Qualifications :

More than 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field with proven leadership or project management skills

Bachelor's degree or higher is an advantage

Experience in working within digital environments; prior experience with document management systems or database tools is beneficial

Demonstrated communication skills are an advantage

Technical background, preferably in the field of power grids and grid components

Experience as a technical writer and in the creation of user manuals

Fluency in German is required

Fluency in English is required; additional local language skills are an advantage
