Our client is a renowned Swiss large company with multiple locations in Aargau, Zurich, and Bern. To strengthen the IT team, a Senior System Engineer is now sought in Aarau and Bern. Advanced employment conditions and individual development prospects are offered.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and develop the server infrastructure.
• Install and monitor network components, VMware, backup systems, and cloud services.
• Plan projects to expand and renew the IT infrastructure.
• Define, automate, and document IT processes.
• Support 2nd-level support during absences.
• Communicate between various stakeholders such as suppliers, management, and the development team.

Profile

• Completed training in IT system technology.
• Experience in a comparable role.
• Further training or product certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Azure) are advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of the above-mentioned systems.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Professional appearance and communication at eye level.
• Driver's license category B.
