In this challenging role as a Senior Manager / Director Health Insurance (m / w / d) in Zurich, you will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Advise and guide clients to address current and future challenges related to market share, growth, and profitability.
• Bring your health insurance expertise to advise clients on strategies, new products, operational excellence, ecosystem participation, and innovative services.
• Develop thought leadership on the future of health insurance, providing value-added insights and opening new opportunities for clients.
• Leverage your health insurance network as a trusted advisor to identify new projects and support clients' growth.
• Contribute to shaping the future landscape of health insurance and help our client make a meaningful difference.

Your Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in health insurance or consulting, focusing on the health market.
• Established network within health insurers and other health industry players.
• Strong interest in the evolution of health insurance, with a history of thought leadership.
• Proactive attitude, opportunity-oriented mindset, and confident execution of tasks.
• Experience leading large or multiple projects with a proven track record and team leadership skills.
• University degree with excellent academic record; fluency in German and English; French skills are a plus.
• Experience in an international work environment.
