Our Client

The startup is developing and validating an in-vitro diagnostic to serve as a patient-centered companion diagnostic for chronic conditions with currently inadequate solutions. A positive test is expected to offer high accuracy. Although still in the seed phase, R&D is progressing, IP protection is underway, and investor conversations have begun.

The Role: COO or CBO (Co-Founder for a Dx Startup)

The CEO/CSO seeks a co-founder with entrepreneurial drive and capital commitment. Depending on your background, your focus will be either on operational scaling (COO) or strategic and commercial development (CBO).

As COO, you will bring structure, process, and execution experience, ideally with expertise in regulatory affairs (IVDR, ISO 13485), quality management, or diagnostics/MedTech manufacturing.

As CBO, you will lead go-to-market strategy, business development, and investor relations. Sales experience in healthcare/B2B or a strong network in diagnostics or MedTech is preferred.
