About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a global leader in pharmaceutical research and development focused on innovative medicines that improve patient health worldwide. We are looking for an experienced Business Process Designer to join our client's Business & Technology Integration team.
Your Key Responsibilities
Analyze, develop, and optimize business workflows
Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
Collaborate with business users to define detailed product requirements and use cases
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and drive stakeholder engagement
Develop comprehensive documentation to support process design
Use data analysis to identify trends and inform decisions
Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency
Continuously collect user feedback for iterative improvements
Your Profile
️ Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools
️ Advanced knowledge in Business Process Design
️ Expert-level skills in Process Design Mapping and Analysis
️ Primary skill: SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS)
️ Strong leadership and collaboration capabilities
Requirements
Candidates must be based and working in Switzerland
Fluent in English and French
