We are seeking an experienced Senior Tester & Business Analyst in Foreign Exchange (FX) and Precious Metal (PM) products to join our agile squad within the GPS Platform Transformation delivery organization. The successful candidate will provide testing expertise to the agile squad and drives the wider testing initiatives within the GPS Platform Transformation Agile Release Train (ART).

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality testing and supporting the development and maintenance of connectivity solutions on FX/PM Sell-side. YOUR CHALLENGE

• Provide test management and execution for the agile squad, focusing on FX/PM Sell-side connectivity solutions

• Identify and develop missing documentation and processes to complete end-to-end workflows

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and squad to deliver short-term and strategic initiatives while ensuring current solutions are supported and maintained to the highest standard

• Work with testing communities and experts to drive and support best testing practices, test methodologies, and processes within GPS Platform Transformation

• Apply in-depth knowledge of FX market conventions and standards, such as FIX protocol, to inform testing approaches and identify potential issues

• Utilize knowledge of FX trading workflows, including order management, trade capture, and confirmation, to design and execute comprehensive tests

• Apply Agile framework and QA methodology to ensure efficient and effective testing practices

• Test in-house developed applications and vendor-based applications, utilizing market-standard testing tools such as Jira, Xray, Selenium, and Tosca

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Tester in the financial industry with a focus on FX and PM and other capital markets products

• In-depth knowledge of FX and PM financial products, including cash and derivative markets, and their associated trading workflows and market standards

• Ideally, the candidate has several years of project experience in integrating Bloomberg FXGO, 360T and FXAll services

• Familiarity with testing in-house developed applications and vendor-based applications (Digitec D-3 and SmartTrade)

• Excellent knowledge of functional and workflow-based system design, particularly in multi-system environments

• Positive thinking personality with a can-do attitude and a strong motivation to acquire new technical and functional skills

• Self-motivated, able and willing to work within a high-delivering team
