HR Manager - Swiss Labor Relations & Payroll (Spanish Speaker)

Job Description

Employee Relations & Legal Compliance

  • Act as the primary advisor on Swiss labor law and employment practices
  • Draft, review, and manage employment agreements and contractual changes
  • Address sensitive employee matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and legal escalations
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment in line with regulatory standards
  • Monitor legal developments and ensure HR policies remain up to date

Payroll & Benefits Coordination

  • Oversee payroll operations in collaboration with external providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Manage statutory reporting for taxes, pensions, and social contributions
  • Administer employee benefits and retirement plans, ensuring alignment with company strategy and legal requirements

Operational Excellence & Data Integrity

  • Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data across HR systems
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance service delivery

HR Governance & Policy Oversight

  • Maintain and enforce internal HR policies and procedures in line with local and international standards
  • Support internal audits and ensure readiness for external regulatory reviews
  • Ensure consistent application of HR practices across locations

The Successful Applicant

  • Over 10 years of experience in senior HR roles, preferably in Switzerland, with a strong focus on labor relations and compliance
  • Deep knowledge of Swiss employment law and familiarity with international HR standards
  • Experience working in complex, multinational environments
  • Strong command of HRIS platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, French, and Spanish
  • Based in Switzerland or open to relocation
