SAP S/4 HANA P2P Stream Lead

An SAP S/4 HANA P2P Stream Lead role has become available at an international firm leader in their field.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of the SAP S/4 HANA Procure to Pay (P2P) stream.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Design and configure SAP S/4 HANA P2P solutions to meet the needs of the organization, adhering to industry best practices.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful and timely project execution.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive project activities and decision-making processes.
• Conduct and oversee testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting support during and after implementation to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous enhancement initiatives within the P2P stream.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Mentor and provide leadership to the P2P project team, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in SAP S/4 HANA P2P implementation and support, with a deep understanding of P2P processes.
• Proven track record of successfully leading SAP projects, demonstrating strong project management skills.
• Proficient in SAP S/4 HANA configuration and customization, with hands-on experience in relevant tools and technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
• SAP S/4 HANA certification is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required by project demands.
• Fluent in English and French.
