Quality Manager Global Accounts
As the Quality Manager for Global Accounts / Key Accounts in the QMBKA department, you serve as the primary contact for major customers, overseeing all customer-related quality topics and requirements. You will professionally manage the Global Account / Key Account Product Quality Engineers, working closely with Product Management and the Key Account Team to meet customer needs. Your goal is to foster a zero-defect culture, acting as the interface between global stakeholders and the customer on quality issues. Responsibilities also include defining and tracking customer-specific quality objectives, participating in regular meetings to review scorecard ratings and progress, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Additionally, you will accompany customer visits and audits, aiming to meet or exceed customer expectations, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and trust to establish a strategic partnership.
