We are looking for an Account & Project Manager to join our SEO agency and contribute to the growth and success of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze the expressed and latent needs of both prospective and existing clients.
  • Contribute to the definition of effective digital strategies.
  • Structure and manage project workflows, providing first-level support and consultancy to assigned clients.
  • Oversee project delivery and execution progress.
  • Participate in tenders and commercial pitches alongside dedicated teams.
  • (Optional) Negotiate and support the renewal of projects for existing clients.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing agencies, managing medium to large-sized clients.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in Paid Advertising, SEO, and Social Media Management, and the ability to analyze data.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work in a structured team and effectively manage time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Project Management tools.
  • Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.

Certifications (considered a plus)

  • Semrush
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Ads

Contract Type: Permanent position, with level defined based on the candidate’s experience and skills.
