The opportunity

Our Consulting business offers a wide range of services focused on business transformation programs across various industries, providing high-value and trusted advice to clients.

Your key responsibilities

• Engage with executive-level stakeholders across business and technology teams at multinational companies.
• Manage and execute complex cybersecurity projects.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies, identify sales opportunities, and prepare proposals for international clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional EY teams to showcase our cybersecurity capabilities and seize sales opportunities.
• Develop and update EY cybersecurity methodologies.
• Represent EY by speaking at security conferences and professional meetings.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure alignment with market strategies.
• Gain insights into advanced IT security environments and our global methodologies.
• Focus on cybersecurity advisory services, including risk assessments of processes, applications, and systems.
• Assist clients in understanding cyber threats, assessing their cybersecurity maturity, and aligning strategies with business objectives.
• Design and implement security architectures and strategies.
• Support cybersecurity projects within transformation programs.
• Develop cybersecurity frameworks based on industry best practices and standards.

Skills and attributes for success

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with cybersecurity focus, or equivalent education.
• 7-10 years of proven experience in cybersecurity engagements, including programs, penetration testing, governance, architecture, privacy, and IAM.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Big4 or similar consulting environment.
• Proven track record in professional services sales.
• Leadership experience, including team mentoring and client management.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks like ISO, NIST, etc.
• Comprehensive understanding of security prevention, detection, and response.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
