Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Business Development
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities in IAM and PAM.
• Lead client proposals, pitches, and business development initiatives to grow market presence.
• Engage with senior executives and stakeholders to assess security needs and propose tailored IAM and PAM solutions.
• Stay current on industry trends and evolving client requirements, providing thought leadership internally and externally.

Project Leadership & Execution:
• Lead IAM and PAM projects from design through deployment, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality standards.
• Oversee solution architecture using technologies such as SailPoint, Omada, CyberArk, and others.
• Manage and guide technical teams in solution design, configuration, and implementation for seamless project execution.

Technical Expertise & Knowledge Sharing:
• Provide expert guidance on IAM and PAM solutions, lead training sessions, and collaborate across cybersecurity teams to address complex challenges.

Candidate Profile
Experience & Skills
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in cybersecurity, with strong expertise in IAM and PAM solutions (e.g., SailPoint, Omada, CyberArk).
• Proven success in project management and client engagement within the cybersecurity space.
• Familiarity with IT governance and compliance frameworks such as GDPR, NIST, etc.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
Business Development & Soft Skills
• Strong business acumen with experience identifying opportunities, leading sales efforts, and driving growth in IAM and PAM services.
• Skilled in developing proposals, responding to RFPs, and presenting to clients.
• Established network within CIO, CISO, and CxO communities in Switzerland is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, team orientation, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date on cybersecurity trends and technologies.

Languages:
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• German or French language skills are highly desirable for effective client communication.
