About the Role

Our Workplace Experience Specialist will be responsible for managing the daily operations of Holafly's office in Medellín, ensuring a positive and productive environment. They will manage office supplies, coordinate events, and maintain the physical space to ensure the well‑being of collaborators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office management: Order and manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors and ensure the office is tidy and organized. Review contracts, assign workstations and parking, distribute equipment, stationery, and food, among others.
  • Facilities and maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of the office space, report maintenance issues, and ensure equipment and workspaces are properly equipped and functional.
  • Support departments with administrative tasks: (room reservations, meeting coordination, and internal event logistics).
  • Manage and control equipment and supplies inventories: Make purchases or replacements when necessary.
  • Manage transportation: Support company people visiting the Medellín offices from other cities or countries.
  • Support the Human Resources (HR) department: With wellness activities, team building, and internal celebrations, among others, to improve people experience and satisfaction.
  • Collaborators support: Act as a first point of contact for collaborators questions and concerns, and help educate collaborators on office protocols and new technologies.
