eStoreLabs in Medellín is seeking a web publishing specialist to create, edit and publish pages in line with design specs and project requirements. You will collaborate with the Project Manager from design handoff to final publication.

The role requires 2+ years in CMS publishing, English at C1, basic HTML/CSS, and experience with Figma and Drupal. This is a part-time, remote contract via Deel, with opportunities to work on international projects.

Formación

• 4 hours/day in US time zones (e.g., 11 AM–3 PM ET)
• 2–4 additional hours/day if needed
• At least 2 years of web publishing experience in a CMS
• English proficiency at C1 or higher
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Experience working with project managers and understanding project/workflow
• Experience with ticketing tools
• Experience with Figma designs as a basis for layouts
• HTML & CSS basic knowledge
• Clear communication skills
• Pharma experience a plus
• Drupal knowledge a plus

Responsabilidades

• Create, edit, and publish web pages per design specs and project requirements
• Implement website updates with accuracy and quality
• Collaborate with the Project Manager through the entire project lifecycle
• Communicate with stakeholders via the ticketing system with timely updates
• Participate in ad hoc project meetings or catch-up calls
• Respond quickly to feedback and implement changes during approvals
• Manage assigned tasks to meet deadlines
• Maintain high quality and ensure content complies with guidelines
