Kyndryl in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a Systems Management Specialist to ensure smooth operation, optimize IT infrastructure, and support customers with proactive system enhancements. You will troubleshoot incidents, size and optimize systems, and participate in change management while growing technical expertise in a global team.

The role emphasizes cutting-edge technologies, continuous learning, and delivering reliable, secure performance for clients in a dynamic, in-person work setting.

Competenze

• Proven experience in system management, network administration, and technical support.
• A solid understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix), networks, and software systems.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, incident response, security operations, vulnerability management, IT security architecture, risk management, cyber threat hunting, and cybersecurity standards.
• Expertise in data warehousing, database administration and design, data quality, data modeling, data architecture, and various programming languages.
• Proficient knowledge of network routing and switching, network troubleshooting, engineering and infrastructure, load balancing, and virtual private networks.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, DB2, MySQL, etc.)
• Certifications in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or project management

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proven experience in system management, network administration, and technical support
