HFM is seeking a driven Video Motion Designer to join our team. You will edit and produce marketing videos, design static graphics with Figma, and collaborate with creative teams to deliver assets that meet brand and campaign goals.

The role requires expert-level Premiere Pro and After Effects skills, strong graphic design capabilities in Photoshop/Illustrator, and a proactive approach to adopting AI tools in the creative workflow.

Formación

• 2–3 years of video editing experience
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong graphic design skills with Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Open to learning and adopting AI tools in the creative process

Responsabilidades

• Edit and produce marketing videos, product showcases, explainers, ads and other multimedia assets.
• Design static graphics for digital and print media, with emphasis on high quality visuals.
• Apply visual storytelling aligned with brand and campaign goals.
• Collaborate with creative directors, editors, designers and marketing teams to meet project needs.
• Integrate 3D elements with 2D motion design using After Effects and other Adobe tools.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with consistency and quality.
• Stay updated on animation trends and new tools to improve output.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Video Motion Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce visually stunning marketing videos, product showcases, explainer videos, ads, and other multimedia assets, with a primary focus on high-quality video editing and seamless post-production.
• Design static graphic pieces for both digital platforms and occasional print media. The use of Figma is highly important for this role, alongside strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Apply visual storytelling techniques to develop impactful, dynamic video content aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with creative directors, video editors, graphic designers, and marketing teams to understand project needs and deliver assets that meet business goals.
• Integrate 3D elements with 2D motion design and compositing using After Effects and other Adobe Suite tools.
• Manage multiple projects and workflows simultaneously while maintaining consistency, quality, and deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest animation trends, techniques, tools, and technologies to continually improve visual output.

Requirements

• Studies in Film Production, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Solid knowledge and proven experience in Graphic Design, with strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Proven knowledge and professional experience in video editing (minimum 2-3 years).
• AI Adaptability: Must have an open-minded attitude towards Artificial Intelligence and willingness to learn/adopt new AI tools that assist in the creative process.
• Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and storytelling.
• Proficient English language skills (speaking and reading) are required for effective team collaboration and understanding project briefs.
