Job summary

Visa is seeking a Vendor Mgmt Consultant to define and manage the Client Care strategy, including workforce planning, QA, and performance metrics. The role spans cross-functional collaboration with Visa Concierge, product offices, Compliance, and Legal to optimize vendor operations.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of related experience with vendor and program management, plus strong reporting skills in Tableau or Power BI.

Qualifications

Advanced English skills required.
Bachelor's Degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
Experience in vendor management, account management and program management.
Experience supporting business operations and requirements development.
Experience in project management and cross-functional teaming.
Experience with documentation and operations for outsourced contact centers.
Experience supporting consumer credit product operations.
Experience in escalation support and program administration.

Responsibilities

Manage relationship and performance of outsourced contact centers across regions.
Support operational needs for consumer credit product offices.
Apply vendor, account and program management skills to support business operations.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams including Visa Concierge and Legal.
Liaise between vendors and product/program owners.
Provide escalation support and program administration for operational issues.
