Formación

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
  • Availability to work on-site in Bogotá, at least 3 days a week.

Responsabilidades

  • Receive inbound inquiries via multiple channels.
  • Fully document all cases in case management application.
  • Assist users in effective use of self-service options.
